We have all heard that juicing is a healthy lifestyle and I’ll be one of the first to admit to it’s amazing health benefits as I juice all the time. I have personally found a difference in my health, especially when it comes to juicing celery. I feel fantastic and I want to help you to feel fantastic too! First, though, I want to elaborate on the importance of juicing, especially organic. Juicing organic vegetables, in general, is more beneficial to eating them. Let’s break down why choosing organic is best. Using organic vegetables ensures that they have been grown in healthy soil and have not been sprayed with harmful synthetic pesticides. Pesticides have been linked to a lot of diseases such as cancer, nervous system diseases and reproductive issues. Also, did you know that celery is on the dirty dozen list of the most detectable pesticides? Who wants to drink pesticide juice? EW! Yay! Speaking of our nutrition, I will circle back to the essentials of juicing and why it’s healthier. When juicing, this removes the fiber content which supplies a quick boost of nutrition that is more readily absorbed into the body. Now onto the star of all the vegetables and juicing: celery.

Celery juice is best when you drink it on an empty stomach, and all it takes is 16 ounces.
